Learn More About MC-IF

The Media Coding Industry Forum (MC-IF) was formed in September 2018 and has held a launch event during IBC in Amsterdam, an open meeting in October 2018 in Macau, and a Workshop on the future of Video Codec Licensing in January 2019 in Sunnyvale, US. During 2019, a Board of Directors has been elected and 5 Working Groups have been established. The event in Yokohama was open to anyone interested to find out more about MC-IF and even attend and observe meetings of some of the working groups. Full invitation letter can be found here. ​
